Bergfeld Mennonite Church is a small country church located in the rural south Manitoba Canada (Pembina Valley) between Altona and Plum Coulee.

We are searching for a full-time youth pastor to disciple and mentor approximately 30 youth in their faith.

This position involves planning and leading weekly youth meetings, organizing retreats and mission trips, and fostering relationships with youth both within and outside the church. The youth pastor will also equip and oversee a team of youth sponsors, encourage youth involvement in church life, and participate in church leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ, align with the mission of Bergfeld Mennonite Church, and demonstrate leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
