Job summary

Compass Immanuel Church in Saskatchewan is seeking a godly man to direct our youth ministry and assist with pastoral duties. This is a full-time role with 70% focused on youth work and 30% on general pastoral tasks, including preaching, teaching, visitation, or administration.

The successful candidate will lead a weekly Bible study and bi-weekly activities, model a Christ-centered life, and invest in building relationships with families and young people within a growing congregation.

Qualifications

• Must be a godly man.
• Experience in youth ministry or similar pastoral settings.
• Willingness to disciple and teach youth.

Responsibilities

• Direct a weekly Bible study for youth (~1 hour).
• Coordinate bi-weekly activity nights to build relationships.
• Over time, split duties: 70% youth ministry and 30% pastoral responsibilities (preaching, teaching, visitation, admin).
