About the Role
Funded by the Ministry of Children, Community, and Social Services, the Youth in Transition Worker supports youth aged 1523 as they transition out of the child welfare system into independent living. This role is key in providing direct support, advocacy, and navigation of community resources to empower youth in achieving stability and success.
