Pacific Community Resources Society (PCRS) operates the Vancouver Housing program, providing 1-1 case management and housing supports to diverse youth in Semi Independent Living homes across the Vancouver area, including housing search, moving assistance, landlord advocacy, mediation and liaison with social workers to help youth find safe, affordable housing.

• Experience in housing or youth services is preferred.
• Ability to develop individualized service plans with youth.
• Strong communication and collaboration with professionals.

• Assist youth with housing expectations, school/work/volunteer participation, and house responsibilities.
• Maintain case notes and monitor youth progress and engagement.
