Anishinabek Employment & Training Services is seeking a Youth Coordinator to support Indigenous youth entrepreneurship. This full-time role involves proposal writing, small business lending, and creating a welcoming environment for youth. Candidates should have a relevant diploma and at least three years of experience in community economic development or business finance.
NADF is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Youth Coordinator (YC).
Established in 1987 as a not-for-profit Indigenous Financial Institution, we are dedicated to serving entrepreneurs, businesses, and First Nation communities across the region. Our services support Indigenous business growth and economic prosperity through tailored financing solutions, business support, community planning, workshops, and training.
The Youth Coordinator provides business support services, small business lending, and facilitates a learning network for the Indigenous Youth Entrepreneurship (IYE) program within NADF’s service area.
We are looking for a dedicated, collaborative team player with high integrity, strong communication skills, and a proactive, organized, and energetic approach.
Required: A post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or Community Economic Development, or a degree in Business, Accounting, Administration, Planning, or Economic Development is preferred. A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in community economic development, business finance, banking, credit unions, or non-profit organizations is preferred.
