Job summary

Rainbow Youth Centre is hiring a Program Facilitator to develop and run a program for young parents and their children in Regina, Canada. The role includes supervising four childcare staff, facilitating two groups weekly and an afternoon playschool, and planning one-to-one connections with clients.

Applicants should have at least four years of education and experience in human services, with facilitation, supervision, and program development experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years facilitation experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year supervision experience.
  • Experience with program planning development, delivery and evaluation.
  • Experience working with at‑risk youth.
  • Valid driver’s license.

What you will be doing:
