Job summary

Match Retail is seeking a Team Lead to guide a squad of Brand Ambassadors promoting YMCA initiatives across the GTA, including Brampton, Mississauga, Downtown Toronto and North York. The role involves coordinating events Thursday through Sunday, ensuring strong community engagement and seamless operations.

You will motivate the team, report daily outcomes, and help drive YMCA visibility while traveling to multiple locations. Compensation is $24 per hour in a field-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a team lead position is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working Thursday to Sunday and traveling to multiple GTA locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Brand Ambassadors representing the YMCA around the GTA
• Help build awareness and excitement around the YMCA initiatives
• Engage with community members to share information about the YMCA
• Event setup and teardown
• Ensure smooth event operations
• Prompt communication of needs and updates to Account Executive
• Daily reporting and timekeeping
