IPEX is seeking a Yard Worker for our Attwell Distribution Centre in Etobicoke, ON. This full-time role supports customer orders with safe, accurate picking, staging and loading in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include operating a 10,000 lb counterbalance forklift, using RF scanners, loading trailers, and maintaining a 5S‑driven workplace. Starting wage is CAD 30.07 per hour, with Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:00pm shifts.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse, yard, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to safely handle and move large, bulky products.
• Experience using RF scanners, handheld devices, or warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Comfortable working with metric and imperial measurements.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload flatbed and dry van trailers.
• Verify products and quantities against order documentation.

• Support customer and carrier loading activities in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 5S principles.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operating standards.
• Identify and report hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions promptly.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and performance targets.
