Job summary

Wesgroup Equipment is seeking a hands-on Yard Person to keep construction equipment organized, clean, and ready for customers and rentals. You will stage, inspect, and move machines across the yard, ensuring safe, efficient operations in a dynamic outdoor setting.

You'll gain experience with Develon, Bobcat, Ammann, and other equipment, with training provided. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, 40 hours on average, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, pension,

Responsibilities

• Prepare Equipment: Stage, clean, inspect, and organize equipment for customers and upcoming rentals.
• Keep Inventory Moving: Maintain accurate equipment locations and yard transaction records.
• Load & Unload: Safely load and unload equipment from trailers and assist with moving machines around the yard.
• Inspect & Report: Complete equipment inspections and report damage, fuel levels, cleanliness, and other issues.
• Support Customers: Help provide a smooth experience when customers pick up and return equipment.
• Keep It Safe: Maintain a clean, organized yard and follow workplace health and safety practices.

• Pay: $23.42–$29.04 per hour
