Job summary

Jardeg is seeking a Yard Labourer Foreperson for the Calgary Yard to lead a crew and manage daily yard operations. The role requires a current Telehandler ticket, at least three years of yard experience in construction or related settings, and prior supervisory experience.

The successful candidate will plan and schedule workloads, supervise material handling, ensure safety, and collaborate with site teams, dispatch, and management to maintain inventory and respond to material requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Telehandler operating ticket is required.
• Minimum 3 years of yard experience in construction, industrial, or related environments.
• Previous experience leading crews or acting in a foreman, lead hand, or supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of material handling, equipment management, and yard logistics.
• Proficiency with computer and communication tools such as SAP, email, internet, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with reliable transportation.

• General cleanup and housekeeping.
