Job summary

National Rent-All Inc. in Canada is seeking a self-motivated individual to support our shop and yard with a variety of physical tasks. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and comfort with hand tools in a fast-paced setting.

You will clean, inspect, repair, and prepare equipment for rent, assist with deliveries and pickups, and help maintain inventory and safety standards while collaborating with the team to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Physically capable and able to lift heavy objects.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong teamwork.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, inspect, and test equipment to ensure it is safe, functional, and rent-ready.
• Complete bin clean-outs and general yard clean-up while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Sand, repair, and paint bins to ensure they are rent-ready
• Assist with basic equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Load, unload, move, and organize equipment and materials throughout the yard.
• Assist with equipment deliveries and pickups.
• Identify and communicate equipment issues and assist with inventory and supply tracking.
• Work collaboratively with the team, take direction, and adapt to changing priorities.
• perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
