Job summary

National Rent-All Inc. is seeking a self-motivated, reliable individual to assist with various physical tasks in a fast-paced shop environment. You will work closely with the team, using hand tools, and help keep equipment clean, inspected, and rent-ready.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, safety, and a willingness to learn new tasks. Compensation includes benefits and on-site parking, with a pay range of $20–$24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of shop tools and equipment.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, inspect, and test equipment to ensure rent-ready condition.
• Move and organize equipment and materials throughout the yard.
• Assist with equipment deliveries and pickups.
• Identify equipment issues and help with inventory tracking.
• Work with the team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job description

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and reliable individual to assist with a variety of physical tasks to help keep our shop running smoothly. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable working with hand tools in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, inspect, and test equipment to ensure it is safe, functional, and rent-ready.
• Complete bin clean-outs and general yard clean-up while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Sand, repair, and paint bins to ensure they are rent-ready
• Assist with basic equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Load, unload, move, and organize equipment and materials throughout the yard.
• Assist with equipment deliveries and pickups.
• Identify and communicate equipment issues and assist with inventory and supply tracking.
• Work collaboratively with the team, take direction, and adapt to changing priorities.
• perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
