Cooper Equipment Rentals in Burlington, ON is seeking a hands-on Yard Coordinator to inspect returned equipment, stage gear for rentals, and keep the yard clean and safe. You\'ll help drive operations by loading/unloading with drivers and ensuring equipment is rent-ready.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment as it is returned to the yard, identify and report visible damage or maintenance concerns, and complete service tags.
• Stage, organize, and move equipment throughout the yard to support upcoming rentals, deliveries, and returns.
• Help ensure equipment is rent-ready by checking its general condition and completing required inspections.
• Wash, dry, and detail rental equipment using pressure washers, vacuums, and appropriate cleaning products.
• Assist drivers with safely loading and unloading equipment.
• Safely operate forklifts and a variety of construction equipment as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized equipment yard and wash bay.
• Assist with fueling, tire storage, moving equipment, and other general yard duties as needed.
• Communicate equipment status, damage, or service needs to the appropriate team members.
• Work closely with drivers, mechanics, rental coordinators, and other branch team members to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
• Follow all company health and safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
