This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced heavy duty or agriculture equipment operator to play a vital role in the dealership’s efficient and profitable operations. Our Yard Attendants deliver exceptional service by organizing the yard and equipment to ensure they are a positive reflection of the dealership. In one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the order, cleanliness, and tidy appearance of the dealership yard
• General upkeep of the facility, equipment, vehicles and yard tools
• Loading/unloading machinery and ag equipment
• Transfer equipment between stores
• Complete paperwork and reporting as needed
• Efficient use of time and independent work
• Build and maintain relationships with all departments

Requirements

• Ability to operate heavy duty equipment, lifts, and tools while ensuring safety rules and regulations are followed
• Strong work ethic and accountability
• Multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours/shifts, weekends, holidays
• A valid drivers license is a requirement
• Power Mobile Equipment certification and/or Class 1A would be a definite asset
