Yacht Detailing Crew

We Beautify Boats - Toronto
Start Date: 03/10/2021
Full-Time

The on the water crew performs boat detailing services on-site marinas and yacht clubs across southern Ontario. $15.00/ hour is offered during the first 500 hours of service.

Full Time employee positions are EARNED after 500 hours of PROVEN CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT in delivery of our services and potentially advanced to apprentice wage of $18.50/hr.

We offer a comprehensive craft guild strategy that will cultivate participating crew through 50,000 hours of service for the opportunity to become regional managers and acquire a profit share of our business and master our craft.

Our collaborative model is founded on the values of continuous improvement, deliberate practices, respectful rapport and consistently exceeding our clients expectations supported by constant feedback that allows each crew member to make necessary adjustments.

Job Type: Apprenticeship

Salary: $15.00 to $18.50 /hour
