Job description

The on-the-water crew performs boat detailing services on-site at marinas and yacht clubs across southern Ontario. The position offers an hourly wage of $15.00 during the first 500 hours of service.

Full-time employee status is earned after completing 500 hours of proven continuous improvement in service delivery, with the potential to advance to an apprentice wage of $18.50/hr.

We implement a comprehensive craft guild strategy that encourages crew members to participate in 50,000 hours of service, providing opportunities to become regional managers and share in the business profits, thereby mastering our craft.
