Ideal candidates should have an accredited radiological technology qualification, CAMRT certification, and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited medical radiological technology program.
• Must have current certification with the CAMRT.
• Three years' recent experience in radiology, including supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the radiology section activities.
• Coordinate, evaluate, and monitor the section’s operations.
• Act as an expert clinical resource to staff and students.

Education

Graduate of an accredited medical radiological technology program

Current certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT)

About the Job

In accordance with established vision and values of the organization, this position is responsible for the direction, supervision, coordination, evaluation, planning and monitoring of the radiology section in accordance with Interior Health Medical Imaging goals and directions. Acts as an expert clinical resource to staff and students working in the section.

This is a Relief Full Time (1.0) opportunity until the return of the incumbent.

Shifts of work will be scheduled day shifts Monday to Friday with weekends and stats off.
