We are currently looking for a certified, or soon to be certified, X-Ray Technologist to join our expanding outpatient clinic practice. You’ll explain procedures, position patients, adjust equipment, and capture diagnostic images while working collaboratively with clinic teams and radiologists. What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform X-Ray Exams: Conduct standardized and complex imaging under the direction of Radiologists and referring Physicians, while adhering to departmental protocols and guidelines.
• Provide Compassionate Care: Explain exams and procedures, address questions, ease concerns, and help patients feel comfortable.
• Collaborate with Clinic Teams: Partner with radiologists and other teams to help deliver a seamless and thoughtful experience.
• Expand Expertise: Engage in ongoing professional development to refine existing skills, build new competencies, and cross-train in additional modalities such as Bone Mineral Density, Mammography, or specialized procedures in Fluoroscopy.
• Ensure Compliance: Follow privacy, confidentiality, safety, and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and Troubleshoot Systems: Track x-ray equipment performance, document findings, and resolve basic issues.
• Prepare and Maintain Work Areas: Prepare and stock exam rooms for patient exams and procedures; report low inventory as needed.

Additional Information

• Position Types: Full-time, part-time, and casual roles are available, providing flexibility to align with your schedule and career goals. Part-time team members work either three or four fixed days per week, depending on their FTE, with consistent days off that don't vary week to week. Benefits may differ for casual positions.
• Work Location: Clinic assignments will be discussed during the interview process. While we take preferences into consideration, work locations are guided by operational needs and support professional development.
