Job summary

Interior Health Authority is seeking an experienced X-ray Technologist to join the Medical Imaging department at Vernon Jubilee Hospital in Vernon, BC. The role involves performing radiographic procedures and collaborating with radiologists and physicians in a fast-paced clinical setting.

This is a Relief Full Time (1.0) opportunity with rotating day and evening shifts until the incumbent returns, based in Vernon, BC.

Qualifications

• Experience as an X-ray technologist performing radiographic procedures.
• Ability to work rotating day and evening shifts.
• Relief Full Time position until return of the incumbent.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic and related duties in conjunction with radiologists and physicians.
• Prepare, position, and operate radiographic equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Coordinate with the Medical Imaging team to ensure smooth patient flow during shifts.

The Medical Radiography Technologist performs radiographic and other related duties working in conjunction with radiologists, physicians and other health care professionals.

This is a Relief Full Time (1.0) opportunity until return of the incumbent.
