Job summary

Lasso Informatics is seeking a hands-on data scientist to support study operations and data standardization across multi-site consortia. You will translate measures into structured data dictionaries inside the Lasso platform and guide clinicians, researchers, and engineers through data workflows.

You will apply bioinformatics expertise to structure, quality-check, and analyze clinical and biological data at scale, collaborating with data engineers and researchers to ensure reproducible results

Qualifications

• PhD or MS in a relevant field with substantial research experience.
• Direct experience with clinical/biomedical data in multi-site studies.
• Strong bioinformatics and data-handling skills.
• Experience translating measures into data structures for platforms.

Responsibilities

• Translate study measures into clear, well-documented data dictionaries.
• Support collaborators with data structure, quality standards, and workflows.
• Design and setup analysis workflows tailored to each study.
• Guide data ingestion through analytic pipelines across platforms.
