Job summary

Lasso Informatics Inc. is seeking a collaborator-facing specialist to help researchers onboard and adopt our platform across multi-site studies.

You will translate platform features into researchers' workflows, train Admins, Investigators, Delegates and Sub-applicants, and troubleshoot issues with the team.

This role requires lab experience, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• PhD in life sciences or related field.
• Experience in multi-modal data analysis (wearables, imaging, EEG, clinical data).
• Experience in collaborator-facing roles (training, onboarding, support).
• Proficiency with common analytics tools (Jupyter, R).
• Clear, patient communicator who explains tech to non-technical collaborators.
• Strong organizational skills to co-own multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and Go-Live for a portfolio of collaborators, including role-specific training for Admins, Investigators, Delegates and Sub-applicants.
• Provide tailored walkthroughs of platform features and governance workflows for researchers.
• Route and triage collaborator requests, log bugs, and follow up until resolution.
• Keep scalable, version-controlled documentation and enable feature rollouts.
• Draft release notes with Sales, Product and Engineering.
• Design and host webinars for large collaborator audiences.
• Drive ongoing adoption with micro-trainings and proactive check-ins.
• Partner with Solutions Architects and Product to suggest workflow enhancements.
