The role requires Ontario-registered nurses with current CNO standing and wound care certification. Travel within the Hamilton/Burlington region is expected, with supportive management and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RPN).
• Current registration in good standing with the provincial regulatory body (CNO).
• Certification in wound care or related specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive wound care and consultation within your scope of practice.
• Deliver care in clients’ homes in Hamilton/Burlington region.
• Collaborate with care teams to develop and adjust wound care plans.
