ParaMed Home Health Care in Canada seeks a full-time nurse specialist in wound care to provide advanced wound, ostomy, and continence assessment, management, and care for patients in home settings. The role involves direct patient care, education of families and staff, and remote consultations as needed.

You will contribute to clinical leadership, collaborate with care teams, and adhere to evidence-based guidelines, with a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

NSWOC or IIWCC certification required.
Registered Nurse in good standing with CNO (Ontario).
Minimum 1 year of RN experience in community or wound care.

Responsabilités

Provide direct wound/ostomy/continence care and assessment.
Educate patients, families, and the nursing health care team.
Provide consultation/clinical support (in person or remote).
Participate in wound/ostomy/continence clinical leadership opportunities.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Preceptor ParaMed nurses as required.
Follow evidence-based practices and ParaMed policies.
