Job summary
Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Visiting Nurse to join our Hamilton community care team. You will travel from home to home in the Greater Hamilton/Burlington area delivering personalized nursing care and coordinating with families and the broader care team.
You’ll bring RN registration, a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel; experience with wound care, IV therapy, or chronic disease management is an asset. This casual role offers flexible shifts and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- RN and nursing license in good standing
- Experience with wound care, IV therapy or chronic disease management is preferred
- Willingness to travel within Hamilton/Burlington area and drive to client homes
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized nursing care in clients' homes within the Hamilton/Burlington area
- Administer medications, wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical interventions
- Educate clients and families on disease management and medication adherence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate documentation
