Job summary

The Google Cloud Platform team seeks a Technical Solutions Development Manager for Workspace. You will oversee deployment strategy and service delivery for enterprise clients, coordinating among developers, sales, partners, and customers to ensure successful adoption and high satisfaction.

You will lead multi-disciplinary projects, define requirements, manage schedules, and mitigate risks, translating complex technical concepts into business value for executives and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 13 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customers’ needs, and triaging technical issues.
• 13 years of experience with 2+ of the following: Web Technologies, Data/Big Data, Systems Administration, ML, Networking, Kubernetes, Oracle, SAP.
• 12 years of experience managing cross-functional technical teams, stakeholders, and external deployment partners.
• Experience in people management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery, technical strategy, and complex escalations for Google Workspace deployments, ensuring architectural alignment and seamless data migrations.
• Conduct regular service reviews, monitor SLAs, and track quality metrics to ensure optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide highly technical implementation support in customer environments, including guidance on cross-product integrations feasibility.
• Lead and develop a team of technical consulting developers.
• Work as part of a global team to ensure 24-hour customer support, including non-standard work hours.
