Rogers Communications Inc in Edmonton, AB is seeking a Works Logistics Coordinator to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic field operations environment. You will own spare equipment repair, tracking of inventory, and support Oracle systems for Western Field Operations.

The role involves coordinating facilities, collaborating with technicians and vendors, forecasting requirements, and supporting procurement and distribution of network supplies.

Qualificações

• Familiarity with wireless telecommunications networks and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with inventory management databases.

Responsabilidades

• Own wireless network spare equipment repair and return processes, including packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Manage, track, and report on network equipment inventory.
• Provide Oracle support to Western Field Operations teams.
• Coordinate network facilities, including safe work environment, layout and security.
• Partner with Field Technicians and Rogers stakeholders to deliver customer service.
• Source and purchase network equipment.
• Collaborate with internal and external groups and vendors.
• Identify and forecast network component requirements.
• Support procurement, distribution, and tracking of network office and field supplies.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Works Logistics Coordinator who can effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.

What you will do:

• Own wireless network spare equipment repair and return processes, including packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Manage, track, and report on network equipment inventory.
• Provide Oracle support to Western Field Operations teams.
• Coordinate network facilities, including maintaining a safe work environment, facility layout and organization, access, and security.
• Partner with Field Technicians and other Rogers stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.
• Source and purchase network equipment.
• Work with internal and external groups and vendors.
• Identify and forecast network component requirements.
• Support the procurement, distribution, and tracking of network office and field supplies.

What you bring:

• Familiarity with wireless telecommunications networks and equipment.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with database systems used for inventory management.
• Ability to occasionally lift more than 50 lbs.

• Forklift operation experience and certification are considered assets.
