Education and Experience:

1. 10+ years working with diverse technical and business stakeholders to understand needs, document workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend efficiency improvements.
2. 10+ years developing and measuring KPIs and quantifying outcomes.
3. 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams in business initiatives, designing systems, and managing change from current to future states.
4. 5+ years applying project management, business process analysis, and change management techniques.
5. 7+ years managing effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
