Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months–1 year of lead, supervisor, or line leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience responsible for production results, metrics, safety, or team performance.
• Spanish-speaking ability required due to the majority of the production team being Spanish-speaking.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment and performing physical work with the team.
• No formal education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the 2nd shift production team to keep operations running smoothly.
• Monitor production goals, results, safety, and overall team performance.
• Answer employee questions and help resolve production or operational issues.
• Communicate expectations, priorities, and updates with the production team.
• Operate a forklift to move pallets to and from production machines and designated areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Load and unload pallets and materials throughout the production process.
• Break down, repair, and stack pallets as needed.
• Use a band saw to cut pallet pieces and materials to the required size.
• Feed materials and pieces into production machines.
• Operate a pneumatic nail gun.
• Assist with production tasks and other duties as needed to keep the shift running efficiently.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

2nd Shift Bilingual Working Supervisor

IQ Resource Group is currently recruiting for a 2nd Shift Bilingual Working Supervisor for a manufacturing company in Kaukauna, WI. This is a hands‑on leadership position for someone who enjoys working alongside their team while keeping production on track. The supervisor will help oversee the 2nd shift, address questions or issues, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure production goals are met. As a Working Supervisor, you will spend part of your shift performing production and forklift duties and stepping in wherever the team needs support.

Wage: $22 - $28 an hour; Hours: 2pm-10pm, up to 12am as needed; Location: Kaukauna, WI.

Job Requirements

• Forklift experience is preferred, but not required. In-house forklift certification will be provided.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be dependable and have excellent attendance.
• Spanish-speaking ability required due to the majority of the production team being Spanish-speaking.
• Must be comfortable working in a hands‑on production environment and performing physical work alongside the team.
• No formal education requirements.
