Job summary

PwC Canada invites a Summer Internship in our Workforce Transformation Practice, May–August 2027. You’ll work on real client projects, build consulting skills, and gain exposure to PwC’s digital tools in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

The program includes leadership interactions, skill-building workshops, and opportunities to participate in volunteer and social events. You’ll join a diverse team, contribute to market insights, and grow your professional network while developing

Qualifications

• Enrolled in third year of post-secondary programs in Business, Commerce, Analytics, Human Resources, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong curiosity, self-motivation, and passion for client-focused innovation and continuous learning.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support client teams through all project phases—from strategy to implementation
• Conduct market research, analyze data, and identify insights to inform client recommendations
• Help create project deliverables, client presentations, and proposal materials
• Build your and your team’s technical expertise across local, national, and global networks
• Participate in professional development, networking events, and community initiatives
• Stay current on industry trends to contribute to thought leadership and strengthen your PwC brand
