PwC Canada is offering a Summer Internship in our market‑leading Consulting practice. You’ll join a diverse, inclusive team and gain hands‑on client experience from May through August 2027, exploring how businesses operate and how trust is built through consulting services.

Within the Workforce Transformation Practice, you’ll help clients navigate disruption, unlock talent potential, and build a future‑ready workforce across local, national, and global networks, with exposure to PwC’s digital

Qualifications

• Enrolled in third year of post-secondary programs in Business, Commerce, Analytics, Human Resources, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Strong curiosity, self-motivation, and passion for client-focused innovation and continuous learning.
• Flexibility to navigate ambiguity and change in dynamic client environments.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation design.
• Keen interest in design thinking, talent management, change management, HR or workforce.

Responsibilities

• Support client teams through all project phases—from strategy to implementation.
• Conduct market research, analyze data, and identify insights to inform client recommendations.
• Help create project deliverables, client presentations, and proposal materials.
• Build your and your team’s technical expertise across local, national, and global networks.
• Participate in professional development, networking events, and community initiatives.
• Stay current on industry trends to contribute to thought leadership and PwC brand.
