Salary Range : $80,000 to $100,000 annually, plus quarterly bonus opportunities

Role Overview :

Associate Attorneys manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from start to finish, including discovery and litigation phases. The role involves collaboration with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.

Key Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor degree and an undergraduate degree.
• Active membership in the State Bar of California.
• Exceptional research, analysis, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong proactive case management skills.
