Teranet, a leader in statutory registry services in Canada, is seeking a Workday Lead in Toronto. You will coordinate planning, governance and improvements across HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT, prioritizing AI-enabled use cases and automation.

You'll manage release cycles, ensure governance, and support cross-functional teams to deliver value. The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration and project coordination, with a focus on Workday capabilities, integrations, and enterprise SaaS

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Workday experience in a lead analyst, release lead, project lead, or platform support role.
• Experience supporting Workday module implementations or major enhancement programs.
• Coordinating Workday releases, enhancements, or implementation projects.
• Working knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Adaptive Planning modules.
• Experience with Jira, Agile delivery practices, and enterprise change-management processes.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and third-party AI agent frameworks.
• Strong understanding of how enterprise SaaS platforms can improve processes through automation and AI.

Responsabilidades

• Roadmap planning with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders; maintain the Workday enhancement backlog.
• Lead semi-annual Workday release process; coordinate testing, deployment, and communications.
• Coordinate initiatives involving Workday and Microsoft Copilot, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and DocuSign.
• Support Workday projects by coordinating plans, milestones, risks, and actions items.
• Act as escalation point for delivery, scheduling, and cross-functional issues.
