Job summary

KPMG is seeking a seasoned Workday project leader to drive end-to-end implementations, optimization, and transformation initiatives for their clients. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams across business analysts, developers, and partners to deliver value within scope and budget.

You will guide discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment, while ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering Workday or large-scale HRIS transformation projects.
• Experience leading Workday implementations, enhancements, or migration programs across one or more Workday modules.
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM Applications including HR, Benefits, Talent Management and Time Tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday implementation, optimization, and transformation projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, and risks.
• Drive all phases of the project lifecycle from discovery to post-go-live support.
• Contribute to business development activities such as proposal development.
• Maintain standard project documentation and ensure adherence to PM standards and SDLC.
