Job summary

Huron in Canada seeks a Manager to lead Workday integration initiatives, guiding design, development, testing, deployment and post-production support.

You will manage multiple Workday projects, coordinate geographically distributed teams, including offshore resources, and drive technical decisions with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes leadership, architecture skills and delivering scalable integration solutions across Payroll, Financials and HR, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 3+ years leading technical workstreams for enterprise cloud implementations.
• 4+ years Workday integration experience across multiple Workday product areas.
• Experience leading large-scale Workday implementations and multiple projects.
• Proven ability to lead distributed delivery teams, including offshore resources.
• Strong expertise with Workday architecture and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on guidance for design, development, testing, deployment and support of Workday integrations.
• Lead implementation and optimization of Orchestration, Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors and APIs.
• Establish technical standards and reusable assets to improve quality and delivery efficiency.
• Stay current with Workday releases and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical workstreams for enterprise cloud implementations.
• 4+ years of Workday integration experience across multiple Workday product areas.
• Experience leading large-scale Workday implementation programs and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Proven experience leading geographically distributed delivery teams, including offshore resources.
• Strong expertise with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, Web Services, Orchestrations and Workday integration architecture.
• Experience integrating third-party systems including Payroll, Benefits, Financials, Recruiting, Identity Management, and custom enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated experience in solution architecture, technical advisory, and client relationship management.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive complex technical decisions.

Workday Technical Leadership:

Provide hands-on guidance and oversight for the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Workday integrations.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $130,000 - 160,000 (CAD). The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $156,000 - $192,000 (CAD). The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
