Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate in Toronto to lead client-facing workstreams, manage projects and deliver data-driven insights.

You will synthesize complex information, craft compelling presentations and mentor junior analysts and coachees across engagements. You will collaborate with clients to drive strategic growth, operational improvements and transformation efforts while maintaining a strong focus on communication, quality deliverables and actionable

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in related roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.

While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the "so-what's" therein, and to creating compelling client‑ready presentations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years work experience in roles utilizing Workday Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Workday HCM certification and/or US Payroll, , Time Tracking, Absence Management Talent or Recruiting certification
• Prior experience in a role supporting a Workday Payroll implementation either at a Workday partner firm or as a client side support resource
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
