Canadian Tire Corporation is seeking a Chapter Manager, Workday to lead a high-performing Workday Systems team. You will provide hands-on support for configurations, testing, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination across HCM, security, and other Workday modules.

You will partner with functional teams to drive improvements and successful releases, while maintaining security and governance. The role requires hands-on Workday expertise, strong collaboration, and the ability to influence change in

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of hands-on functional Workday experience.
• Workday HCM, security or benefits certification is required.
• Experience in other Workday modules is an asset: compensation, recruiting, talent, learning, payroll.
• Deep understanding of Human Resources processes and data.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to identify and resolve complex, multi-dimensional problems.
• Knowledge and exposure in retail, distribution center and hourly workforce are desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing and dynamic team of Workday system configuration professionals.
• Partner with functional teams to review business requirements, recommend process improvements, and deploy system enhancements.
• Lead the team in the maintenance and enhancements of Workday configurations, including business processes and rules.
• Lead and manage testing: unit, end-to-end, UAT and regression testing.
• Collaborate with technical partners to troubleshoot integrations and ensure data flow between systems.
