Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday Finance experience in customer-facing roles (consulting, project/program management).
• Deep knowledge of Workday Core Financials/Security/Reporting and related modules (Procurement, Expenses, Projects, etc.).
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects in parallel as contributor and leader.
• Excellent client satisfaction focus and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with project management methodologies, change management, and best practices.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams across time zones in a remote environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Workday Finance clients; scope, estimate, plan, and manage deliverables and timelines.
• Drive successful delivery of projects with consultants and project managers; provide guidance and coaching.
• Build strong client relationships and position Kognitiv as a valuable partner.
• Address client satisfaction and escalations promptly; communicate with leadership on escalations.
• Implement and configure Workday solutions for a global customer base; design, test, and deploy requirements across multiple clients.
• Mentor and coach junior team members; contribute to knowledge sharing and retention.
• Meet KPIs (utilization targets, SLAs, customer satisfaction) and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate Kognitiv's value of acting like an owner in all work.
