Job Title: Workday Consultant – Integration Specialist (Talent, Learning, Recruiting)
Location: Fully Remote
Job Type: 12-Month Contract

Overview:

We are seeking 4 highly skilled Workday Consultants with expertise in integrating the following three modules:

1. Talent & Performance

This is a 12-month, fully remote contract role ideal for a Workday professional who thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments and can operate fluently in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end integration of Workday Talent & Performance, Learning, and Recruiting modules with internal and external systems.
2. Design and develop robust integration solutions using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
3. Collaborate closely with global HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning teams to gather and analyze requirements.
4. Ensure seamless data flow and process continuity across the employee lifecycle.
5. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption.
6. Maintain thorough technical documentation, including integration architecture, data mappings, and test plans.
7. Monitor Workday releases and proactively assess the impact on current integrations and configurations.

Required Qualifications:

1. 7+ years of hands-on Workday experience with a strong focus on Talent, Learning, and Recruiting module integrations.
2. Advanced proficiency in Workday integration tools: EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, XSLT, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
3. Solid understanding of Workday data models and how they interact across the talent and learning lifecycle.
4. Proven ability to integrate with external systems (e.g., ATS, LMS, background check vendors).
5. Fluent in both French and English – written and verbal communication.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Workday certifications in relevant modules or integration tools.
2. Experience in global or enterprise Workday implementations.
3. Familiarity with Workday Extend, Prism, or People Experience is a plus.
