Job summary

KPMG in Canada is seeking a Workday Benefits Lead to drive end-to-end design and configuration of Workday Benefits for diverse clients. You will lead client engagements, mentor teams, and deliver value while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years of ERP experience, preferably with Workday Benefits, and a strong client-facing track record. English fluency is required; French is a plus. Occasional travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise solutions with at least one full life cycle implementation and strong Workday Benefits knowledge.
• Experience implementing Workday is preferable, but other ERP experience will be considered.
• Workday Benefits certifications are an asset.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferable.
• Exposure to vendors including Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian or similar vendors.
• Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
• Superior communication skills with clients and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and teams to deliver Workday Benefits solutions with a focus on client needs and value.
• Lead end-to-end design and configuration of Workday Benefits for multiple clients across industries.
• Provide guidance on Benefits integrations and reports.
• Assist data conversion and gather client feedback within Agile environments.
• Prepare reports and presentations for KPMG and client leadership; support business development efforts.
