Reporting to the Workday Manager, the Workday Analyst plays a key role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Workday HCM, Absence, Benefits, Security, Recruiting, Talent, and HiredScore. The successful candidate brings strong hands‑on experience in Workday configuration and reporting and thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment—someone who enjoys technical configuration alongside business process improvement and direct stakeholder engagement.
WORKDAY CONFIGURATION & ADMINISTRATION Provide expert support by troubleshooting issues, resolving user inquiries, and ensuring smooth system operations across Workday HCM, Absence, Security, Recruiting, Talent, and HiredScore. Configure and maintain business process workflows, security groups/domains, and integrations. Collaborate with HR teams to translate business needs into data‑driven Workday solutions.
REPORTING, ANALYTICS & DATA MANAGEMENT Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards (Advanced, Matrix, Composite Reports; Calculated Fields) to support HR teams and leadership. Coordinate with the payroll team on data retrieval, EIB loads, and reporting functions. Conduct regular audits of data integrity, security, and compliance across supported modules.
PROJECTS, RELEASES & GOVERNANCE Participate in Workday-related project deployments, including semi‑annual Workday releases (regression testing, impact analysis, and release notes review). Create and maintain documentation for Workday configurations, business processes, and reports.
