Job summary

Synechron Canada Systems Integration Inc. is seeking a production/support specialist with Workday HCM and Absence Management experience. You will support and troubleshoot existing absence plans for USA and Canada, manage BAU tickets, and apply a structured, professional approach to issue resolution.

Familiarity with audit-related checks and data reviews is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate resolution steps clearly will be valued.

Job description

1. Workday Knowledge Experience supporting Core HCM and Absence Management in a post-production environment.

Supported and troubleshooted existing absence plans for USA and Canada; did not create new plans from scratch. Reviewed and supported absence security as part of the production support team.

2. Ticketing System Experience

Good working experience with ServiceNow and Jira. Comfortable managing BAU tickets and prioritizing issues based on business impact.

3. Troubleshooting Skills

Demonstrated a clear, structured troubleshooting approach. Able to articulate step-by-step resolution logic effectively.

4. Professional Tone

Demonstrated a calm and methodical approach to issue resolution.

5. Audit Experience

Experience reviewing system setups and security from a support and validation standpoint. No direct ownership of formal audit cycles, but familiar with audit-related checks and data reviews.

6. Communication

Good written and verbal communication skills.
