Job summary

HMG Careers is hiring a Work From Home Sales Consultant in Victoria, BC. This 100% remote, full-time position provides leads, training, and ongoing support to help you connect with prospective clients and enroll them in benefit programs.

You’ll meet via Zoom, explain plans clearly, and serve union members, veterans, and families across Canada and the US. First-year earnings target is CA$67,000–CA$70,000 with commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

• No prior life insurance experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Coachable, dependable, and comfortable speaking with clients.
• Strong written, verbal, and video communication skills.
• Basic computer skills; comfortable using Zoom.
• Sales, customer-service, hospitality, recruiting or other people-facing experience.

Work From Home Sales Consultant.

Your ambition doesn’t need an office. Build a sales career working from home. To succeed, you'll need to be organized and disciplined. In addition to a great income, you'll be representing an established insurance brand that serves union members, veterans, and their families across Canada and the United States.

You will be provided with leads, training, technology, and ongoing support. Your role is to connect with prospective clients, understand their needs, and help them select benefit programs designed to protect the people they care about.

First-year earnings are estimated at $67,000 - $70,000, based on individual sales performance.

What You’ll Do

Contact company-provided leads to schedule virtual benefit consultations.

Meet with prospective clients through Zoom.

Explain available benefit programs clearly and help clients make informed enrollment decisions.

Serve union members, veterans, working families, and members of established partner organizations.

Work with your regional manager to establish clear activity and performance goals.

Licensing and Eligibility

You must hold or be willing to obtain the life-insurance license required in your province or state. If you are not currently licensed, we will help you understand the licensing process and identify an appropriate solution. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States.
