Framerz Inc. in Crossfield, AB is hiring a dependable Wood Wall Framer to support our prefab framing operations. You will learn company processes, safety standards, and quality expectations while working alongside experienced staff.

The role involves building wood wall components, packaging panels for transport, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. You will operate framing and pneumatic tools and may work outdoors during training in cold weather.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of framing experience is required.
• Experience with wall framing or panelized construction preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble wood wall components accurately and efficiently.
• Package completed wall panels securely for transport.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company standards.
• Use framing and pneumatic tools safely and effectively.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
