Job summary

The Mobile Shop is seeking a Store Manager to lead sales inside Real Canadian Superstore in Canada. You will guide a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to meet targets, while delivering outstanding customer experiences for mobile devices and rate plans.

As part of Glentel Inc., you’ll leverage partnerships with Bell, Rogers, and other brands. This full-time role requires weekend and evening availability and a strong focus on coaching, product knowledge, and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Availability to work full-time, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Engage Loblaw shoppers to recommend mobile devices and rate plans.
• Develop product knowledge on carriers like Bell, Rogers, and partners.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
