Prairie Mobile Communications is seeking a Wireless Store Manager in Nipawin, SK. You will lead a high‑performing team, drive revenue, and ensure best‑in‑class customer experiences while managing day‑to‑day operations and partnerships with district teams.

The role emphasizes coaching, KPI management, and delivering growth through strategic sales planning and staff development. Travel for training and business activities may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in retail management or supervision with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong sales acumen and a passion for coaching others to achieve results.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities and implement growth plans.
• Proven leadership to motivate and develop high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• High integrity, accountability, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales‑driven culture to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
• Meet personal sales targets while coaching the team to do the same.
• Mentor staff, conduct reviews, and drive accountability for sales goals and customer experience.
• Monitor KPIs like revenue, activations, upgrades, attachments, and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to grow market share and drive incremental sales.
• Manage day‑to‑day store operations, scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and compliance.
• Collaborate with District Sales Managers and other departments to support business goals.
