Job summary

The Mobile Shop, a Loblaw-owned brand operated by Glentel Inc., is hiring Mobilists to work inside Loblaws locations in Pickering. You will guide customers to optimal phone and rate plan choices suited to their lifestyle, while delivering excellent service.

This role offers a competitive commissions package ($50,000–$60,000 including hourly rate and uncapped commissions), a maternity leave top-up program, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training to support your career growth in a trusted

Responsibilities

• Engage Loblaw shoppers and guide them to the best mobile devices, plans and promos.
• Explain PC Optimum integrations and loyalty benefits to help customers save on purchases.
• Become knowledgeable about carrier offerings, promotions, and pricing to confidently assist customers.
• Aim to meet and exceed sales targets with uncapped commissions and excellent customer service.
