Job summary

The Mobile Shop, a Loblaw-owned brand operated by Glentel Inc., is hiring Mobilists to guide customers inside Real Canadian Superstore in Brockville, Ontario, toward the best phone and rate plan options for their lifestyles.

As a Mobilist, you will engage shoppers, highlight PC Optimum benefits, and stay current on devices, plans and promotions. Expect uncapped commissions with strong sales targets and a comprehensive benefits package with in-house training.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or telecom sales.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage Loblaw shoppers inside Real Canadian Superstore to promote mobile solutions.
• Showcase PC Optimum benefits and loyalty program features to customers.
• Become a Mobile Expert on carrier offerings, promotions and pricing structures.
