Job summary

WOW! mobile boutique is hiring a Full Time Sales Associate at Scarborough Town Centre to actively engage mall shoppers, follow our sales process, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will manage inventory, participate in coaching, and adapt to a fast-paced environment during mall hours including evenings and weekends. This role offers 32-40 hours weekly with a competitive salary of $17.95/hr plus uncapped commission and group benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality using a point-of-sale system.
• Available to work during mall hours including evenings and weekends.
• Wireless retail experience or commission sales experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.
• Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool
• Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent
• Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased, advice.
• Consistently achieve all key business metrics
• Offer a best-in-class customer experience
• Participate in documented coaching conversations
• Responsible for inventory management receiving, signing, and securing inventory
• Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards
• Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening & closing the kiosk
• Complete all required training modules and tasks
• Stay current on promotions, products, services and policies
• Follow our policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity
• Managing cash, point of sale and inventory systems
• Available to work during mall hours based on operational needs
• Manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency
• Ability to easily adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
