• Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.
• Maintain and network via CRM to build prospective client lists.
• Be an ambassador for WOW! and brands; deliver personalized, unbiased advice.
• Achieve key business metrics and provide best-in-class customer experience.
• Handle inventory receiving, signing, and storage; manage POS transactions.
• Open/close kiosk and complete daily operations; stay updated on promotions.
