Job summary

OSL Retail Services Inc. in Saskatoon is seeking a Wireless Manager to lead a team of wireless kiosk professionals, delivering best-in-class customer experiences and consistently strong results in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive sales, manage budgets and staffing, recruit and coach employees, and partner with Walmart Canada to operate +350 wireless kiosks across the country. This is an in-store role with evenings and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience – in wireless or electronics, a definite asset.
• Proven ability to drive team, sales results and service, with operational effectiveness.
• Solid track record of managing budgets, forecasting sales, merchandising, and retail metrics.
• Experience with recruitment, coaching, HR, and Canadian employment standards.
• Strong communication and presentation skills – we’re selling communications.
• Good customer service instincts: action to help first, eye for detail, problem solver.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

• Competitive base salary of $45,000-$50,000 per annum, plus commissions and quarterly performance bonus (final pay will be determined by a variety of factors including location and previous experience)
